Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and visionary Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our event management platform. This platform will serve as a central hub for internal teams and external participants, streamlining communication, registration, scheduling, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development:

Lead the end-to-end development of the event platform, including front-end and back-end components.

Design scalable, secure, and user-friendly interfaces for diverse user groups.

Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.

Technical Leadership:

Collaborate with IT Heads, designers, and stakeholders to define platform architecture and roadmap.

Mentor junior developers and oversee code quality and best practices.

Ensure platform performance, reliability, and security.

User Experience & Functionality:

Build features that enhance attendee experience, such as personalized dashboards, live updates, and interactive tools.

Implement responsive design for cross-device compatibility.

Continuously improve platform based on user feedback and analytics.

Maintenance & Optimization:

Monitor and maintain platform health post-deployment.

Troubleshoot issues and deploy timely fixes.

Optimize performance and scalability for high-traffic events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of experience in full stack development.

Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices.

Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

UI/UX design sensibility.

Experience with event management platforms or CRM systems.

Knowledge of data analytics and dashboard visualization tools.

Familiarity with security protocols and GDPR compliance.
