Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Develop and maintain
backend services, APIs, and internal tools
to support core business systems.
Build
automation scripts and workflows
to improve efficiency across operations, data handling, and integrations.
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate
process requirements into scalable technical solutions
.
Integrate and manage
third-party APIs
, ERP/CRM platforms, and internal systems.
Optimize existing applications and scripts for
performance, reliability, and scalability
.
Support front-end teams by enabling
clean, well-documented backend endpoints
where required.
Follow
Agile development practices
, ensure code quality, and maintain version control using Git.
Document processes, scripts, and systems to ensure
long-term maintainability
.

WHO YOU ARE

3-6 years of hands-on experience
in backend development, automation, or full stack engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in
Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js)
for backend services and script development.
Experience building and consuming
RESTful APIs
and integrating third-party systems.
Working knowledge of
databases
such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Exposure to
process automation
, workflow optimization, or internal tools development.
Basic understanding of
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, React or similar) to collaborate effectively with UI teams.
Familiarity with
cloud-based environments
, hosting platforms, and deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with
version control systems
(Git/GitHub).
Ability to understand business processes and convert them into
scalable technical solutions
.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
