About the Role Elovient is seeking a Head of Sales & Business Development to lead enterprise client acquisition and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic, consultative leader who can navigate complex sales cycles, build lasting executive relationships, and position Elovient as a trusted digital transformation partner. It is a client-facing position and part of the company’s core leadership team. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute structured outreach programs to build and expand Elovient’s enterprise client base. 2. Lead end-to-end business development: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure. 3. Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials to support client acquisition. 4. Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring consistency and predictability in revenue outcomes. 5. Own revenue targets and deliver sustainable growth through disciplined pipeline and account management. 6. Represent Elovient at client forums, industry events, and executive-level discussions across enterprise software, SaaS/PaaS platforms, AI, IoT, robotics and emerging technologies. 7. Lay the foundation for Elovient’s sales function by building processes, playbooks, and mentoring future business development professionals. Candidate Profile 1. 9+ years of experience in enterprise business development within IT, SaaS, PaaS, or technology consulting. 2. Proven success in winning and executing large-scale engagements; experience with government-linked projects is advantageous. 3. Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 4. Ability to translate complex business problems into technology-enabled opportunities. 5. Must be able to relocate to Mumbai and available for full-time, in-office leadership.

Key Responsibilities • Design impactful marketing collateral including brochures, capability decks, and client presentations. • Create and manage a structured social media calendar, driving organic engagement and visibility. • Design UI/UX mockups and prototypes to support solution proposals. • Produce creatives and short-form videos for social platforms. • Support execution of digital campaigns, with exposure to both organic and paid marketing approaches. • Contribute creative storytelling for initiatives involving advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and robotics. Candidate Profile • 3–6 years of experience in design and digital marketing. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma. • Demonstrated experience in building organic social media engagement; exposure to paid campaigns is a plus. • Strong visual communication skills with a portfolio of design and digital work. • Based in Mumbai and available for full-time work from office.
