Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications focused on performance and user experience

Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js

Implement secure and efficient storage using AWS S3

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases

Collaborate with UX/UI, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure product quality

Integrate AI learning models or features to enhance user value

Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues while maintaining clean, testable code

Participate in Agile development processes and use Git for version control

Requirements:

5-8+ years in full stack development roles

Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex digital environments

Strong skills in React, Node.js, and REST APIs

Proficiency with PostgreSQL and AWS S3

Excellent front-end capabilities (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

Fluent English communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git-based workflows

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI or machine learning integration

PHP knowledge

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce

Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
