β Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, trade shows, referrals, and cold outreach
β Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with potential franchisees
β Present franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and meetings
β Guide prospects through the Agreements, Compliance, etc. and the Due diligence process
β Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
β Build strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and internal teams
β Support new franchisees during the onboarding and pre-opening phases
β Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand
β Analyze market data and provide insights for territory development and sales strategies
β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
β 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in franchising, business development, or B2B sales
β Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
β Experience with CRM systems and sales process management
β Understanding of financial analysis and business models
β Knowledge of franchise regulations and disclosure requirements is preferred
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales technology platforms
