Job Title : Sales Manager – Franchise Sales Department : Sales & Business Development Location : Ahmedabad Reports To : Business Head Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Franchise Sales to lead the expansion of our franchise network. This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, presenting the business model, closing franchise deals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of franchise operations. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Sales Development: Identify and target prospective franchisees through market research, events, and digital platforms. Pitch the franchise model, financial benefits, and operational support to potential investors. Conduct meetings, presentations, and Q&A sessions with potential franchise partners. Lead Management : Manage inbound franchise inquiries and outbound prospecting. Qualify leads and maintain a pipeline in CRM systems. Ensure timely follow-ups and personalized engagement. Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements in line with company standards. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts. Franchise Onboarding: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Assist in initial training coordination and handover to support teams. Reporting & Strategy: Track and report sales performance metrics. Provide market insights and contribute to expansion strategy refinement. Key Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in franchise sales or B2B partnerships. Strong understanding of franchise business models. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of closing deals. Ability to travel across cities if required. Preferred Skills: Experience in automotive, service, or retail franchise sectors. Familiarity with CRM tools.. Multi-lingual proficiency is a plus.
