Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Strategy & Expansion

·       Define, implement, and execute franchise expansion strategies across regions.

·       Build and manage a strong pipeline of investors and partners.

·       Collaborate with brokers, consultants, and industry associations.


2. Sales & Deal Closures

·       Drive franchise sales funnel from inquiry to agreement signing.

·       Approve key commercial negotiations and ensure profitability.

·       Oversee franchise fairs, expos, and business networking events.

3. Team Leadership & Mentoring

·       Lead Franchise Development Managers, Sales Executives, and On boarding Executives.

·       Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure timely closures.

·       Build a high-performance culture within the franchise team.

4. Investor & Franchise Partner Relations

·       Conduct high-level investor presentations and meetings.

·       Ensure smooth on-boarding of franchise partners with operations, training, and marketing support.

·       Act as the escalation point for franchise queries and issues.

5. Reporting & Compliance

·       Track franchise pipeline performance and closures.

·       Ensure franchise agreements and compliance requirements are met.

·       Submit detailed progress and ROI reports to management.



Qualification & Skills

·       MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

8–12 years of experience

·       Proven track record of managing franchise networks and closures.

·       Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

·       Familiarity with franchise business models, agreements, and compliance.

·       Willingness to travel extensively for business expansion.



Relevant Experience

B2B and B2C franchise development

end-to-end franchise cycle management

·       Hands-on knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.

·       Ability to scale franchises across multiple regions.


Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC:

    7 to 7.80 LPA or as per experience + performance-linked incentives based on closures.
  • Working Hours:

    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or similar)
  • Other Benefits:

    Bonuses, allowances, travel reimbursement, professional development.
