DC Studio is a Lifestyle Hygiene Brand offering specialized cleaning and care services for both B2C (families, retail customers) and B2B (offices, banks, hotels, showrooms) clients.

Our Core Service Divisions :

1.Dry Cleaning & Laundry Ironing, Laundry, Premium Dry-Cleaning

2.Style Care Shoe Cleaning, Purse & Leather Care

3.Upholstery & Home Furnishing Care Sofa, Carpet, Curtain, Blanket, Dining Table Linen, Bed Linen

4.Commercial & Institutional Cleaning Offices, Banks, Hotels, Showrooms

With a strong focus on quality, convenience, and hygiene, DC Studio is expanding its footprint through a franchise network to make professional lifestyle hygiene services accessible across India.

Job Purpose:

first-level interactions with franchise leads

Key Responsibility:

1. Lead Management & Prospecting

Handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries.

Conduct first-level calls to qualify investor leads.

Share franchise kits, presentations, and business information.

Maintain updated lead records in the CRM system.

2. Sales Support & Coordination

Schedule franchise demos, meetings, and presentations for the Franchise Development Manager.

Follow up consistently with prospects to move them forward in the sales funnel.

Support in documentation and sharing commercial proposals with potential franchisees.

3. Reporting & Compliance

Track lead response time, follow-ups, and conversion metrics in CRM.

Submit daily/weekly reports on leads contacted, demos scheduled, and follow-up status.

Ensure 100% compliance with CRM follow-up schedules.

4. Collaboration

Work closely with the Franchise Development Manager for deal closures.

Coordinate with the on-boarding and operations team for smooth handover after franchise confirmation.

Qualification & Skills

Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

13 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or tele sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle investor queries confidently.

Experience with CRM or lead management tools (preferred).

Goal-oriented and proactive in follow-ups.

Relevant Experience

Exposure to franchise or B2B sales (Retail, F&B, Fitness, Cleaning, or Service sector).

Experience in managing lead funnels and achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ?1.80 to ?3 LPA (as per experience) + incentives.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Response time to new leads.

Number of demos/meetings scheduled.

Follow-up % compliance (as per CRM).

Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.

Contribution to franchise closures.
