Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Ahemdabad location. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, and maintaining employee relations. The role will also involve implementing and overseeing HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the retail or service industry is a plus
