Job Overview

Provide forecast analysis, identify business trends and variances needed to evaluate financial status and successful budgeting.

• 
  Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, monitoring variances, and identifying trends
• Provide basic forecast analysis to help business stay in budget
• Team player and collaborates with team members and business partners
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data facilities overall security posture
• Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or related field of study
• 4+ years of experience in financial analyst role or silimar
• Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Possess excellent planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrate courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort
• Demonstrate analytic and critical thinking skills that drive results
• Knowledge of processes & procedures development
• Write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats
• Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Problem Solving, Financial Planning and Analysis is a plus
