You will be tasked with: - Analyzing, designing, and developing various integrations between Workday Core and external/internal systems using Workday and Open-Source technologies. - Providing daily support for monitoring, break fix, change management, and housekeeping tasks. - Implementing and auditing fine-grained access control using Workday technologies. - Leading discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand capabilities and limitations of Workday. - Performing Bi-Annual release testing and remediation for integrations, security, and reporting. - Keeping up with Workday's features and implementing new features as applicable. - Collaborating and supporting special projects such as M&A, US open enrollment, and vendor changes. - Conducting unit testing for integrations, reports, and security, and assisting in User Acceptance Testing. - Documenting SOPs, technical and functional designs, process flows, and knowledge articles. - Participating in Continuous Improvement and Development meetings, providing feedback and ideas. - Ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations when handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII). - Leading proof of security controls during internal and external audits. - Mentoring junior resources on integrations, security, and reporting. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.). - 5+ years of experience with Workday Cloud SaaS HRIS integrations, security, and reporting. - Expertise in Workday integration technologies, open-source technologies, and Workday configurable security frameworks. - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills. - Flexibility to work US hours and ability to collaborate with third parties on data-related inquiries. Additionally, having certifications in Workday Integrations, Reporting, Security, or cloud platforms like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Oracle would be beneficial. Knowledge of cloud data integrator tools is also a plus.
