Manager, Talent Acquisition

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Milestone Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of global recruiters to identify and hire top technical talent for the company's international team. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and coaching your team, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad with night shift hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and mentor a team of global recruiters to support efficient and scalable recruiting processes - Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance sourcing, recruiting, and retention strategies - Provide guidance and training on innovative sourcing methods and technologies - Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, agencies, and staffing firms - Conduct research to identify relevant sources for talent acquisition and staffing brand promotion Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting technical professionals for U.S. companies - Minimum of 3 years leading a full-cycle recruiting or sourcing function - Strong recruiting and business acumen with the ability to develop and manage metrics - Experience in coaching and developing others - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Company Overview: Milestone Technologies is a global IT managed services firm specializing in Application Services, Digital Product Engineering, Digital Workplace Services, and more.
