The Work You'll Do
As a Recruiting Manager at Sovos, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while driving talent acquisition strategy for our growing India operations. In this role, you'll partner with hiring leaders across the organization to attract top talent that will help Sovos continue to transform global tax compliance.You'll have the opportunity to shape recruiting processes, mentor team members, and directly contribute to building a world-class workforce. More Specifically, You Will
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices
- Manage full life cycle recruiting efforts for technical and non-technical roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce planning needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern recruiting technologies to drive efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and accelerate time-to-hire
- Identify and implement innovative AI solutions to streamline recruiting workflows and improve hiring outcomes
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and report on team performance
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition teams to share best practices and align on company-wide initiatives
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the India talent market
What We Need From You
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring technical talent
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruiting team
- Experience working at a global or multinational organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures
- Strong experience sourcing and selecting technical resources, including software engineers, developers, and IT professionals
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, being onsite at our Navi Mumbai (Vashi) office 2-3 days per week
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to drive recruiting strategy
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve recruiting outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
