Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in finance or business/commercial operations, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including MBR/QBR P&L forecasts and actuals, Revenue & Margin Walks, Foreign exchange analysis, Organic growth analysis, AOP preparation & publication, Quarterly pacing, and various operating expenses reporting and analysis.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and assist in implementing solutions.
Drive projects to digitize analytics and reporting capabilities, while identifying, simplifying, and streamlining financial reporting systems.
Deliver impactful, accurate, and on-time financial reporting.
Collaborate with Finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and operational metrics that drive action and improve financial results.
Support ad hoc analysis and requests from senior leadership, ensuring timely insights.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Management, or Economics; MBA in Finance is preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A role.
Strong analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Operational mindset to create standardized, repeatable financial reports.
Highly accountable and driven business professional.
Proficient in Essbase/HFM, SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, and advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
