Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Senior Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in F&B service, with a strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
Coordinate with guests to understand their requirements and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
