Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Guest Service Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with excellent guest service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food and beverage services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company are expected.
