Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Team Leader to join our team at The Leela. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise food and beverage service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in food and beverage services.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance levels.
