Exciting opportunity: Manager – FP&A role in Bangalore!

Role Overview:

Responsible for monthly/quarterly MIS closing, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and business insights for management, ensuring accurate reporting of business performance and driving strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly/quarterly MIS closure, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
Prepare management review decks and reports for the global FP&A team.
Consolidate and review annual budgets across multiple verticals & countries.
Identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
Partner with business teams for financial insights and decision-making support.
Support in ROI, NPV, and business case analysis for strategic projects.
Work on Hyperion/Smart View for reporting and analysis.

Candidate Profile:

Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience, including strong FP&A exposure in a
global MNC setup
.
Experience in multi-country operations (100+ entities preferred).
Expertise in MIS design, forecasting, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reporting.
Strong data analytics, business partnering, and presentation skills.
Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; Hyperion/Oracle experience preferred.
