Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations

• Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
• Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manages team workload and assignments for AMS and Optimization Projects
• Ensure delivery meets quality standards, is within budget, and provides measurable ROI.
• Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies, tools, and accelerators.

The Requirements:

• 8 to 10 plus years of work experience in FP&A, Accounting or Adaptive Deployments
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required)
• Workday Financials Certification (preferred)
• Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred)

Adaptive Planning certification is a requirement of the role. Candidates must hold and maintain applicable certifications
