Job Description

As a Financial Controller in our fast-growing global company, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities across multiple countries and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. - Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and margin reporting for all business units. - Strengthening internal controls, ensuring timely reconciliations, and implementing discipline in financial reporting. - Tracking financial performance at the service-line and client level to improve visibility and drive accountability. You will also be responsible for: - Ensuring financial compliance across India, the Philippines, and the U.S., including overseeing intercompany transactions and tax-efficient structures. - Managing audits, tax filings, and risk assessments in multiple jurisdictions. - Collaborating with leadership on financial strategy, cash flow planning, and margin optimization initiatives. - Supporting investor and board reporting requirements, including data for fundraising or due diligence. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in outsourcing, IT services, or BPO environment. - Proven track record of managing multi-entity finance operations across different geographies. - Strong understanding of financial compliance, internal controls, and reporting standards. - Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and possess excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience working with U.S.-based clients, familiarity with U.S. financial compliance expectations, and exposure to high-growth service businesses.
