To excel in this role, you are required to possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting along with excellent desktop, spreadsheet, and database skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, and a basic understanding of securities and derivatives products is preferred. You should be comfortable liaising with business and risk managers, capable of building and maintaining partnerships within various product-aligned businesses and across other corporate financial, treasury, and accounting groups. Your ability to understand business drivers and requirements, and influence middle and front office partners to deliver solutions to business issues and problems, will be crucial. Strong analytical skills are a must, including the ability to quickly grasp the workings of a complex processing system and general ledger systems across the infrastructure and their interrelationships and dependencies.
