This position being part of the CFS Finance team covers the entire ambit of Accounting, Controlling, Reporting for all units of the designated CFS. Key deliverables: Developing processes & Team to manage day today finance operations effectively Ensuring Adherence to authority matrix, SOPs / policies / processes. Partnering with business team for important business discussions like customer acquisition, credit limits, vendor negotiations etc. Co-ordinate with IT team on system enhancements, change requests, new system implementations. Accurate & Timely monthly MIS reporting to the corporate finance & location head Timely closure of TB for quarterly/yearly statutory audits & internal audits with no adverse audit observations In-depth Revenue / Cost analysis / Segmental profitability of each unit/ Business segment, comparisons, bench marking and come up with controlling initiatives Review and circulate the customer level profitability and advice business on EBIDTA improvement plans Close control over invoicing, debtors' position; achieving collection and DSO targets Timely closure of all Internal Audit observations/recommendations To take up and work on specific projects to bring about changes / transformation. Also to carry out such jobs that are within capabilities & / or work in any other post which may be temporarily assigned To ensure maintenance of records of books, files, registers, etc. depending upon usage.
