Job Description

As part of the CFS Finance team, your role covers the entire ambit of Accounting, Controlling, and Reporting for all units of the designated CFS. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing processes and a team to manage day-to-day finance operations effectively. - Ensuring adherence to authority matrix, SOPs/policies/processes. - Partnering with the business team for important discussions like customer acquisition, credit limits, and vendor negotiations. - Coordinating with the IT team on system enhancements, change requests, and new system implementations. - Providing accurate and timely monthly MIS reporting to the corporate finance and location head. - Ensuring timely closure of TB for quarterly/yearly statutory audits and internal audits with no adverse observations. - Conducting in-depth Revenue/Cost analysis/Segmental profitability of each unit/Business segment, comparisons, benchmarking, and coming up with controlling initiatives. - Reviewing and circulating customer level profitability and advising business on EBIDTA improvement plans. - Maintaining close control over invoicing, debtors" position, achieving collection, and DSO targets. - Ensuring timely closure of all Internal Audit observations/recommendations. - Taking up and working on specific projects to bring about changes/transformation. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Develop a complete understanding of the business operations of the vertical and working knowledge of relevant statutes, commercial understanding of the product offering, and the tariffs/costs/profitability. - Young, dynamic, self-motivated with a high degree of passion to solve issues and derive long-term solutions. - Ability to work closely with Facility head to grow the business and improve profitability. - Possess high interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills, and be willing to work in coordination and collaboration with all business units and various departments. - Be innovative, pro-active, and dynamic to the ever-changing business scenario. - Act as a change manager to suggest and bring about transformation in adaptation to the Company's digital objectives.,
