Finance Account Officer

As the Financial Controller for the CFS, your key responsibilities will include: - Overall in-charge of finance pertaining to the CFS - Responsible for Finance, accounts and audit compliance - Budgeting of cost, revenue & budgetary control of cost of CFS Variance reporting - Identifying areas of cost reduction & implementing action plans - Timely reporting of MIS - Designing SOPs for various accounting, operating functions & overseeing its implementation - Ensuring timely record of all transactions in Sun System through CFS Mag - Ensuring timely realization of receivables through continuous follow up & resolving disputed items on priority - Attending customers in connection with contract agreement, billing disputes, system modification etc. - Conducting statistical / data analysis for improvement of financial / commercial aspects of the company - Keeping all insurance requirements up to date at all times - Ensuring compliance with all statutory, legal formalities and seeking guidance from superiors, consultants, Professional bodies etc. - Dealing with banks, auditors, auctioneers, & various statutory authorities like income tax, sales tax, service tax etc. - Carrying out necessary jobs & other connected or incidental jobs due to exigencies of companies work & business requirements - Ensuring maintenance of records of books, files, registers, etc. depending upon usage. List of such records shall be prepared for convenience - Reviewing timely performance of subordinates - Developing a team of competent subordinates - Assisting the management in handling various new project works As a candidate for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Qualification as a CA in 2020 or before - Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience Please note that these responsibilities and qualifications are essential for the role of Financial Controller at CFS.,
