Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required for maintaining records and reporting. Key responsibilities: · Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and politeness. · Understand customer needs, provide product information, and resolve queries effectively. · Manage order-related concerns (tracking, returns, exchanges, etc.) with accuracy and empathy. · Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with clients. · Maintain and update customer records and service reports in MS Excel. · Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, store teams) to ensure smooth customer experience.
