Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Financial Accounting & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards

      (IND AS, Companies Act, etc.).

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring timely closure of books.
    • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements for a

      BSE and NSE listed

      entity, including financial disclosures.
  • SAP FICO Management:

    • Manage and optimize the

      SAP FICO module

      for seamless finance and cost control operations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues within finance functions.
    • Support process automation and ensure SAP system enhancements for financial reporting.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Prepare and monitor budgets, conduct variance analysis, and report findings to senior management.
    • Analyze and manage manufacturing cost elements, including raw materials, inventory, and production costs.
  • Taxation & Compliance:

    • Handle GST, TDS, and corporate tax matters, ensuring accurate filing and compliance.
    • Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Liaise with auditors and tax authorities for timely completion of audits and assessments.
  • Management Reporting:

    • Develop MIS reports and dashboards for insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Provide financial data analysis to senior management for evaluating business performance.
  • Financial Controls & Process Improvement:

    • Implement internal control measures to mitigate risks and ensure process efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SAP FICO module and related financial operations.
    • Deep understanding of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS preferable).
    • Hands-on experience in preparing reports for listed companies (BSE/NSE).

    • Expertise in taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
