Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identification and development of new business opportunities in Project Sales, focusing on key industries OEM/Contractors- Sugar, Distillery, waste water, Bio Gas, Power plants, Oil & gas, Refineries, Food processing, Paper, Chemicals & Consultant & Global consultant/companies . Regular Meeting with Consultants/Authority to give Presentation / Technical specifications- clarifications or changes ,Documents Approval, make approval, etc. Task Management Daily, weekly and Monthly basis & submission of report Monitoring offer Base fortnightly Submission of Techno-commercial Proposal- Private & resolution of queries & Order Finalization Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, OEM, Authority and key decision-makers. Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting and timely updation of leads/Prospects to ensure achievement of revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and supply chain to ensure satisfaction at client end. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance requirements. Preferred candidate profile Communication skills- Verbal and Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts, as needed. Commercial knowledge (Tax, Packing, Freight, LD, Warrantee / Guarantee, BG, LC , NDA). Conversant with SAP and CRM, Advanced MS word skills and proficiency in MS Office & PPT. Have experience in project sales of capital mechanical equipment's like pumps, valves ,compressors, gearboxes, etc.
