In 2024, Sika’s around 33,000 employees generated annual sales of CHF 11.76 billion.Pursue sales leads, achieve personal sales objectives with range of assigned products collection of all receivables in assigned territory.Support of specific TM domain expertise beyond territorryHandle entire portfolio of assigned product line & custmer groupEngage into product demonstrations & testing for assigned product lineSupport business development and customer management by identifying potential customers, provide relevant market intelligence to Manager/teamContinuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data and apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.Ensure periodic capture of customer feedbackIdentify and attract new customers (Including Distributors), pursue new applications, interact with process and product developers of potential customers to generate future business.Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments to ensure on-time deliveriesIdentify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.Coordination with customer service/ Supply chain/ logistics personnel assistance in product promotion, product trials, etc
