Profile:- Manager - Accounts & Finance

Experience:- 8 to 10 years

Qualification:- MBA Finance or CA Inter Qualified

Location:-Ghatkopar (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing of accounts.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements

- Ensure Key observation and Variance analysis based on financial statement shared with management for decision making.

2) Costing & Budgeting

- Develop and monitor cost accounting systems for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

- Analyze consumption cost and maintaining proper records of WIP & FG.

- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

3) Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Custom Duty ,Profession Tax, and other applicable laws.

- Handle statutory filings & returns.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

4) Internal Controls & Audit

- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

- Conduct internal audits and support statutory audits.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

5) Treasury & Working Capital Management

- Manage cash flow, banking operations, and vendor payments.

- Optimize working capital through efficient receivables and payables management.

6) MIS & Management Support

- Prepare management reports for decision-making.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

- SOP Implementation & observing deficiencies

Key Skills:

Must have experience in import and export company with IDPMS and EDPMS

Financial Statements preparation.

?Experience in managing import LCs.

Experience with the startup manufacturing company would be an advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting principles & costing.

Hands-on knowledge of tax laws and compliance.

Knowledge of Custom duty will be preferable.

Ability to work independently and be a support to the team.

Eye for detail, accuracy, and process orientation.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally) and MS office, ERP Next.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
