With a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance roles, including at least 3 years in the FMCG food sector, you should possess a strong understanding of GST, TDS, banking compliance, and Indian GAAP. Your track record should demonstrate proficiency in working capital management and overseeing statutory audits. Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
