We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our financial operations, drive fiscal discipline, and support executive decision-making. This role demands a high level of financial acumen, leadership, and integrity, with a proven track record in managing complex financial environments.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise senior management on financial planning, risk management, and investment decisions
- Oversee preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Lead annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
- Mentor and manage finance team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ethical conduct
- Drive automation and digitization of financial processes
- Implement robust internal controls and financial systems
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of taxation, corporate finance, government compliances, etc.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
