Skill -

• Project Controlling (Budgeting, Forecasting,) with SAP or Oracle.
• Good to have: SAP HANA 4
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work across different geographies.

Key Areas:

Project Controlling with SAP experience and Good to have: SAP HANA 4 or Oracle experience

• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals related to Project Management

• Project Accounting

• Revenue Recognition experience as per IFRS

• Cost Accruals experience

• Passing Journal Entries

Role:

• Act as a

  strategic business partner

  with an operational mindset, ensuring strong collaboration (Account Executives, Service Delivery Managers).

• Monitor and analyze financial performance

  , including KPIs (WIP/BIA, revenue, cost), and perform budget vs. forecast analysis for the project portfolio.
• Manage

  monthly financial closing

  : ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense tracking, provisions, and variance analysis; present results to leadership and finance teams.

• Control delivery costs and productivity commitments

  , working closely with onshore and offshore controlling teams to enforce cost containment measures.
• Maintain and update

  reporting tools

  , oversee WIP/BIA positions, billing processes, and ensure compliance with financial standards and audit requirements.
• Support business partners in

  sales coordination

  , ensuring proper submission of client offers and adherence to internal processes.

• Project Controlling

  with SAP experience (Good to have: SAP HANA 4 or Oracle).
• Expertise in

  Budgeting, Forecasting, and Actuals

  within Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of

  Project Accounting

  and

  Revenue Recognition

  as per IFRS.
• Experience in

  Cost Accruals

  and

  Passing Journal Entries
