Financial Controller

As a member of our Fractional CFO team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial clarity for our diverse clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing financial statements and client business data - Preparing MIS dashboards and insights for internal and client CFOs - Conducting ledger scrutiny and reconciliation - Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management - Assisting in financial controls, audits, and business reporting - Coordinating with client teams for timely financial inputs We are looking for a Semi-qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit. Strong Excel & Tally skills are required, and experience with Power BI or automation tools is a plus. We seek individuals who are curious, accountable, and eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers, and who thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
