Financial Controller

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.

• Implement financial controls and best practices to safeguard company assets.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

• Support management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

• Consolidation at Entity and Group level on regular basis

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Taxation, and financial regulations.

• Good understanding of ICFR

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified

Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 Years
