Key Responsibilities:


  • Financial Analysis and Modeling:Analyzing financial statements, market trends, and economic data to identify opportunities and risks. Developing financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis.

  • Decision Support:Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business decision-making.

  • Performance Monitoring:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), monitori ng budget performance, and analyzing variances.

  • Risk Management:Identifying and assessing financial risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk exposure.

  • Reporting and Communication:Preparing financial reports, presentations, and dashboar ds for management, stakeholders, and investors.

  • Collaboration and Communication:Working with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to gather data, understand business requirements, and ensure alignment with financial goals.

  • Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

  • Due Diligence:Conducting financial due diligence on potential investments and acquisitions.

  • Ad-hoc Analysis:Performing various financial analyses as needed to support business initiatives.

  • Skills Required:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).Understan ding of business strategy and operations.Strong understanding of risk management principles.

  • Handling P&L for various LOB, monitor revenue and cost each month.

  • Variance analysis of budget and forecast .

  • Maintainng all Details helping the peers and mangers for decision making.
