Due to our on-going success securing large-scale projects for 2025, we have a requirement for AVEVA MES Engineer / Specialist Responsibilities Install Upgrade AVEVA MES System Platform solutions Design, configure, and deploy AVEVA MES solutions (Operations, Performance, and Quality modules) Develop and maintain MES workflows, data models, and reports for real-time production monitoring Integrate MES with SCADA, PLCs, and ERP systems using OPC, REST APIs, and SQL databases Implement traceability, work order execution, and production tracking in MES Develop custom scripts (SQL, .NET, JavaScript, XML, JSON) for MES automation IDOCs xml mapping with MES database and custom database Design operator and Supervisor interfaces for MES using Aveva Skelta BPM, System Platform APIs and other framework solutions Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure system reliability Conduct user training and documentation for MES system usage and best practices Ensure MES system security, compliance, and performance optimization Qualifications Bachelors in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field. 5 8 years in MES implementation, preferably AVEVA MES. The Senior CAD Designer will be part of CAD Team and work as per PM Standards or Client Standards and deliver the drawings as per requirements and with Quality and in time. Responsibilities Your day to day role would involve the following activities: Drafting of PID s, PFD s, Layouts and other drawings as per inputs received. Updating PID s, PFD s, Layouts and other drawings as per Mark up drawings received. Follow instructions given CAD coordinator/ Manager on daily work requirements and to adhere to PM 2D CAD Standards or Client CAD standards. To work on drafting or updating of drawings as per PM or Client CAD Standards within the time allocated / budgeted hours. To strictly follow the Quality procedures for digital self check and ensure that the drawings drafted meet the PM 2D CAD Standards or Client Standards. Responsibilities Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities Coordination with other PM Group offices to understand the scope of work,deliverables, time lines, man hours etc. HVAC detailed design of ductwork for Cleanrooms and Laboratories involving HVAC equipment modelling of Air Handling Units, Exhaust fans, pressure control devices, reheat coils, balancing dampers, fire dampers etc. The work will be completed in both 2D AUTOCAD and REVIT MEP 3D packages with multiple users involved. Qualifications A degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years experience with an EPC firm working on HVAC ductwork and pipework design.
