Job Summary

The Financial and Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, creating performance reports, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, and generating actionable insights to guide business decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, data management skills, and the ability to present findings clearly to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Prepare, analyse, and interpret monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and key performance metrics.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process through data collection, trend analysis, and modelling.
• Evaluate business performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and historical trends.
• Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses for new projects, products, or investments.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
• Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets from multiple sources (ERP systems, CRM, internal databases).
• Design dashboards and visualisations in Power BI / Excel to monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers behind financial and operational performance.
• Automate recurring reports and analyses using tools like advanced Excel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business, operations, and tech teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc financial modelling, presentation materials, and data summaries.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (Tally, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location - Kota,Rajasthan

Salary range -5-6 LPA

Working days - Monday to Saturday
