At Eeki, our farms aren’t just powered by tech—they’re powered by people who know how to lead from the field. We’re looking for passionate Unit Managers to join us at our Namana and Lakheri locations in Rajasthan.
📌 What you'll bring to the farm:
– Experience in training and managing farm workers
– Strong understanding of polyhouse structures and crop operations
– Skill in daily planning, rostering, and task prioritization
– Knowledge of nutrition schedules and spray programs
– Confidence in managing people and problems—on the go
🎓 Eligibility:
– BSc/MSc in Agriculture
– Minimum 1 year of on-ground experience (polyhouse preferred)
– Good with MS Excel, reporting, and communication
You’ll be part of a team building the future of farming—growing more with less, and transforming barren lands into thriving agri-hubs.
