Role Objective

We are seeking a high-caliber Finance & Strategy Associate to lead our financial analysis and investor storytelling. This individual will be responsible for deconstructing the financial health of companies, building future-ready projections, and crafting sophisticated investor decks that effectively position our clients in front of global buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Analysis & Reporting Advice:

o Perform deep-dive analysis of historical financials to identify growth drivers and quality of earnings.

o Advise promoters on aligning their financial reporting with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GAAP, and IFRS to ensure readiness for international due diligence.

o Build robust 5-year financial models and unit economics projections that align with our "10x growth" methodology.

· Investor Deck Creation & Positioning:

o Develop high-impact Investor Pitch Decks and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM).

o Create Synergy Matrices to visualize post-merger strengths and strategic advantages for potential acquirers.

o Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling investment theses for global investors.

· Internal Strategy & Deal Structuring:

o Collaborate with leadership on internal strategy to expand Trans-Venture's ecosystem and partnership networks.

o Assist in pre-negotiating critical commercial terms, including earn-outs, retention, and non-compete clauses.

o Support the due diligence process by managing data rooms and ensuring risk/compliance guardrails (Indemnity, IP, and Regulatory closure) are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CFA (Level 1 or above) is strongly preferred.

· Technical Expertise:

o Strong working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GAAP, and IFRS.

o Expertise in MS Excel (complex financial modeling) and MS PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling).

· Experience: 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Strategy. We value core financial analytical rigor and the ability to learn new sectors quickly.

· Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate a business’s vision and market positioning to sophisticated global stakeholders.
