About Trans-Venture:

Trans-Venture is a specialized M&A and Growth Advisory firm for the IT services and technology sector. We are launching a dynamic video content arm and need a hands-on Video Production Intern to bring our expertise to life. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in B2B video strategy from the ground up.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and technically inclined Video Production Intern to handle the full lifecycle of short-form business videos. You will be responsible for creating content that engages tech founders and M&A buyers, giving you real-world experience in high-value corporate media.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn & Execute):

Simple Production: Manage and conduct straightforward video shoots, primarily focusing on executive interviews and short informational clips using firm-provided basic equipment (lighting, mic, camera).

Concept Support: Assist the marketing supervisor in drafting simple scripts and visual concepts for 30–90 second videos, translating M&A messages into digestible clips.

Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished final videos. This includes clean cutting, adding professional captions, background music, and firm branding (logos/titles).

Optimization: Prepare and export video files in multiple formats (e.g., square for LinkedIn, full HD for website) to ensure they look great on every platform.

Asset Organization: Maintain and organize the firm's video library, templates, and production equipment.

Qualifications (Ideal Fresher Profile):

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.

Who are we looking for ?

Basic to Intermediate proficiency with any professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

A portfolio or reel of previous video work (student projects are welcome) is mandatory.

Eagerness to learn about lighting, sound, and visual storytelling specifically for a professional B2B audience.
