The Role: Are you a driven, analytical professional with a flair for both tech and business strategy? We seek a Business Analyst to join our M&A and Growth team. This high-impact role involves actively bringing in buyer/seller companies and building key relationships across the M&A process.

What You'll Do:

● Lead Generation: Find potential buyer and seller IT service companies.

● Market Research: Conduct deep research on IT firms, technologies, trends, and M&A targets.

● Client Engagement & Relationships: Research and engage clients, building strong relationships to understand their M&A/growth needs.

● M&A Process Support: Assist throughout the M&A journey, from outreach to facilitating introductions.

● Tech-Specific Focus: Research M&A opportunities within specific tech domains (e.g., ServiceNow partners).

● Post-Merger Growth: Help merged companies find new business to ensure continued growth.

Who We're Looking For:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or BBA (with strong Stats/Business/Finance focus). MBA/Management Trainee is a plus.

● Experience: Not strictly mandatory if you have strong interest and aptitude. 6+ months experience in market research, BD, pre-sales, or IT consulting support is helpful.

● Core Aptitudes: Excellent communication, strong aptitude for business development, sales, and in-depth research. Ability to build relationships is key.

● Domain Interest: Passion for IT service markets, OEM ecosystems, and tech trends from a business view. Basic understanding of enterprise software is important.

● Traits: Proactive, analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
