Job description:


We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance operations of our fast-growing Facility Management company. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced in financial planning, accounting, compliance, audits, and report preparation, while also providing insights to support key business decisions. Candidates with 8–15 years of experience, preferably from the Facility Management or Service industry, can apply.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, budgeting, and cash flow management.

  • Ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance across all business units.

  • Prepare and review financial reports, MIS, and forecasts for management review.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

  • Guide and support the accounts team in day-to-day financial activities.

  • Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support key business decisions.

  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cost optimization across operations.

  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders as needed.


Who can apply:

  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong leadership and communication skills.

  • 8–15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit.

  • Strong knowledge in Zoho books

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, reporting, and ERP/accounting tools.


Job Location: Brigade Cornerstone, Varthur Gunjur, Main Road.


Joining Date: Immediate or one-month notice period.


Salary: As per industry standard.
