Technical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Supervisor with a strong background in residential building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction quality, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential building projects.

• 
  Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and standards.

• 
  Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.

• 
  Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and compliance standards.

• 
  Resolve technical issues on-site and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager.

• 
  Maintain daily work logs, site reports, and update project status.

• 
  Ensure optimal utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.

• 
  Assist in planning project schedules and resource requirements.

• 
  Train and guide junior site staff and ensure team discipline and productivity.

• 
  Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits or inspections.

Requirements:

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrician

• 
  3–4 years of experience in residential building construction supervision.

• 
  Solid understanding of civil construction practices, structural detailing, and finishing work.

• 
  Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications.

• 
  Knowledge of construction safety practices and local building codes.

• 
  Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
