Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, ensuring timely IFRS-compliant financial statements.
  • Own end-to-end budgeting and rolling forecasts, partnering with business leaders to align spend with growth targets.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and FX exposure;
  • Design and refine cost-control frameworks, performing variance analysis and driving margin-improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions across Indian and international entities.
  • Implement finance automation and BI dashboards via PowerBI/Excel, elevating real-time visibility and decision support.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • CA/CPA or MBA-Finance with 6-10 years in controllership or FP&A roles.
  • Expertise in IFRS, Indian GAAP, and direct/indirect tax compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Zoho Books, Xero.
  • Proven track record managing audits, budgets, and multi-currency consolidation.
  • Strong analytical storytelling; able to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Preferred

  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or fintech environments.
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing and cross-border taxation.
