Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of our growth and organizational expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead and oversee our Accounts & Finance function. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This individual will head the accounts team and act as a key partner to management in driving financial discipline and efficiency across the company.

Below are the broad Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Planning

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

Provide financial insights to the leadership team for long-term planning and profitability.

Develop and monitor key financial metrics (cash flow, ROI, project costing, etc.).

2. Accounts & Compliance Oversight

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payroll.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.).

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants.

3. Project Finance & Real Estate Accounting

Track and monitor project-wise expenses, revenues, and profitability.

Oversee collections and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

Manage financial closure of real estate projects and regulatory reporting.

Liaise with banks for project funding, loans, and credit facilities.

4. Process Improvement & Systems

Implement robust financial controls, policies, and SOPs across departments.

  • Strengthen MIS reporting systems for real-time financial insights.
  • Work with technology partners to digitize and automate financial processes.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a bridge between management and finance team for smooth communication.

Basic Qualification

  • CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / CWA with 10 to 14 yrs of progressive experience in finance & accounts, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial capacity (real estate industry experience is highly desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, RERA, and real estate regulatory norms.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.

  • A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills who is confident in communicating with others at all levels.
  • A problem solver.
  • Organized, analytical and methodical with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident MS Excel user.
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility for their work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
