Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be strong in financial analysis, statutory compliance, forecasting, and managing day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, budgeting, and financial planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax filings
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial policies and cost-control measures
• Lead finance team members and oversee daily finance activities
• Support management with forecasting, MIS, and financial insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting management
• Professional qualification preferred: CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations
• Experience with Tally / ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead a finance team and manage deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
