Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Bhubaneswar Company: Surya International Enterprise Private Limited Industry: EPC / Solar / Manufacturing / Infrastructure Experience: Minimum 10 Years Job Summary: Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager with at least 10 years of core experience in the Accounts & Finance domain , preferably in an organization with a turnover of ₹500 Cr or more . The candidate must have prior experience in leading and managing a team of 20–25 finance professionals and should possess strong leadership and strategic finance capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the organization. Lead and supervise a team of 20–25 accounting professionals. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning. Ensure proper compliance with direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory bodies. Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and fund allocation. Review and implement internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in board-level financial reporting and strategic planning. Lead digitalization and automation efforts in the finance department, including ERP integration and process improvements. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in the EPC, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar industry . Must have worked in a company with at least ₹500 Cr turnover . Proven leadership experience managing large teams (20–25 members) . Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS), GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Preferred Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen.
