Work location :DUBAI The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial activities across multiple companies under the group. This role ensures financial health by managing budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, financial reporting, and risk management. The Finance Manager will also supervise finance teams, streamline financial processes, and provide strategic insights for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts for all companies. Analyze financial performance and identify trends, variances, and risks. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis. Accounting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. Oversee compliance with statutory, legal, and tax regulations. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across companies. Optimize banking relationships and monitor loan/credit facilities. Reporting: Consolidate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Provide clear financial insights and actionable reports to stakeholders. Process Improvement: Review and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy. Lead digital transformation initiatives in the finance function (ERP, accounting software). Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure insurance and other risk policies are up to date and adequate. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CMA/CPA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably managing multi-company structures. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Leadership and team management experience. Preferred Skills: Experience with international accounting standards (if applicable). Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
