The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, provides strategic insights, and supports business decision-making through accurate and timely financial information.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, local laws).
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Lead financial planning and risk management initiatives.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Manage and mentor the finance/accounting team.
Evaluate and implement financial systems and process improvements.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel, Power BI)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
