We are seeking a seasoned finance professional who can independently manage the entire finance function of the company - from accounting and budgeting to compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reviews. Manage statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, income tax, and audits. Develop and implement financial controls, systems, and best practices. Handle project-wise costing, fund flow, and vendor payments. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and growth. Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Qualifications & Experience: M.Com (Finance) / CA / MBA (Finance) 10–15 years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proven ability to manage finance operations independently. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
